Abstract: Abstract It is of great practical significance to study U.S. monetary policy adjustments, their effects and strategic choices for China's monetary policy and economic adjustment from a post-financial crisis perspective. The study summarized and studied the operation and effectiveness of monetary policies of countries around the world in previous financial crises from a historical and forward-looking perspective with the hope of optimizing the current monetary policy decision-making mechanism through academic research and policy research and enabling China's monetary policy decision-making and guidance mechanisms to make great progress in the process of effectively preventing and resolving financial crises, participating in international and regional financial cooperation and participating in the rebalancing of the global economy, and in the process of the reform of the international monetary system and the internationalization of the RMB.
