The research demonstrates that high emotional intelligence positively impacts relationships with colleagues and customers, leading to better customer service and increased job satisfaction. Due to its positive effects on interpersonal interactions and customer service, emotional regulation is crucial for job satisfaction. Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (Smart PLS 3.2.8) is used to evaluate data from 164 respondents in the Vietnamese hotel business.
