Abstract:
Abstract Achieving ISO accreditation establishes a successful link between an organization and its associated parties, including learners, clients, and stakeholders. It appears that numerous public higher education institutions have effectively implemented the ISO standard, while only a small number of private educational institutions have achieved such recognition. As a result, the aim of this paper is to examine and comprehend the variations in approaches and practices utilized by educational institutions during the development and implementation of ISO projects. To achieve this goal, the study will utilize the Group Consensus Theory, which is an effective method for gathering diverse viewpoints and achieving consensus. Authors employ a series of inquiries to evaluate a given organization’s ability to conform to ISO standards. Based on research findings, private institutions of higher education exhibit challenges in addressing problems as they arise, maintaining a lack of receptivity to employee problem-solving and engaging in limited communication with their staff.
