Abstract This chapter describes in an observative and interpretative way the added value applying blockchain technology can have in the commercial real estate sector. The research goal is to analyse and structure the characteristics of commercial real estate, map its key-stakeholders, their core processes, and how information is being used to answer where and how in this industry blockchain technology can add value.
