Abstract:
Abstract In the context of globalization, the application of digital technology has significantly advanced Vietnam's agricultural sector. Despite this progress, competition among nations is becoming increasingly fierce. To integrate Vietnam's agriculture into the global market, it is essential to develop sustainable agriculture, enhance productivity and efficiency, and improve quality through the adoption of advanced technology. To achieve this goal, Vietnam needs to learn from and reference high-tech agricultural models from various countries around the world. Importantly, investing in high-quality human resource development is crucial to support the growth of high-tech agriculture. To ensure the training of highly skilled personnel for the agricultural sector, attention should be given to the following points: Innovate approaches in research and training methods; Update content and training methods in line with technological advancements; promote interdisciplinary training and foster connections between different fields; apply the technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution in the training process; focus on enhancing knowledge and skills for the existing agricultural workforce. These efforts will assist Vietnam in developing a modern agricultural sector capable of global competitiveness and integration into the world economy.
