Chapter Chapter 9 in Research on Innovation of Express Delivery Network Management, 2024, pp 221-241 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract In this chapter, the current operational mode of express delivery enterprises is analysed and organised, and the relevant factors that influence the change of management mode of express delivery networks are further explored and summarised from five perspectives: market, price, logistics facilities, distribution site selection, and policy factors. Subsequently, based on these various factors, the authors suggest reforming the management mode, which includes four components: management mechanism, network system, transportation management and services.
