Chapter Chapter 3 in Successful Social Activism and Unintended Market Emergence, 2024, pp 35-39 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract This chapter reviews existing research on the strategies employed by SMOs that target companies and underlines that existing research has not sufficiently addressed the issue: How can SMOs positioned on the periphery of an industry change corporate behavior? It then proposes a dynamic framework to analyze this issue by adopting an emergence strategy perspective based on strategic theory.
