Chapter Chapter 11 in Financial Mathematics, Derivatives and Structured Products, 2024, pp 113-118 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract The direct investment in an asset offers linear and symmetric exposure to the performance of the asset. However, an investor’s view on the market may be more complex than the directional perspective, e.g., performance cycles, relative performance of several assets, view on volatilities and correlations, etc. The risk appetite and tolerance are different according to investors’ profiles.
