Beyond the Basic Predicate Crimes

Kevin Sullivan

Chapter Chapter 10 in Anti-Money Laundering in a Nutshell, 2023, pp 231-242 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract As crimes new and old develop they will always need to launder their ill gotten gains. The key here is to acknowledge that most every crime has a financial component. This is why staying abreast of the latest typologies is so important. In this chapter we touch on some of the crimes producing some of the most significant profits.
