Final Thoughts
Katie Tamblin
Chapter Chapter 13 in The Lean-Agile Dilemma, 2024, pp 241-245 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract So, you've read these pages and realized that much of what is written here sounds familiar. Hooray! You are now part of a large community of organizations facing similar struggles. Lean-Agile software development principles were not written with chunky corporates in mind. The application of these principles to software development at large, mature software businesses breeds tension and frustration, not radical success. However, if we adapt these principles to the constraints chunky corporates face, we can unlock previously inaccessible productivity. We can deliver on the business outcomes that product and technology resources were hired to deliver.
