Execution, Not Innovation
Katie Tamblin
Chapter Chapter 2 in The Lean-Agile Dilemma, 2024, pp 19-39 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Lean startups chase new markets with innovative products. Chunky corporates seek predictable financial performance. New markets and innovation are not the safest route to predictable financial performance. Therefore, chunky corporates should focus more on stability and maintenance of existing products and less on building new products that may or may not perform well.
