Deciding What to Build and How
Katie Tamblin
Chapter Chapter 5 in The Lean-Agile Dilemma, 2024, pp 69-95 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Tension between business stakeholders and the development team is common in large, complex software projects. Most of the time, it is because they aren’t fully aligned on what features are most important and how to manage dependencies in the face of competing priorities. Alignment, across the organization, regarding what to build and how to build it is fundamental to successful execution.
