Abstract:
Abstract Where does your organization stand in the journey towards AI maturity? Understanding the four stages—AI Unaware, AI Aware, AI Ready, and AI Competent—helps identify where you are and what steps you need to take next. Each stage reflects the organization’s AI understanding, capabilities, and strategic adoption. Organizations in the AI Unaware stage need to focus on building basic AI literacy, while AI Aware organizations should actively seek out practical AI applications. Those in the AI Ready stage are prepared to integrate pre-built AI solutions, and AI Competent companies are developing bespoke AI models tailored to their specific needs. Key takeaway: Advancing through the stages of AI maturity requires a strategic approach to education, integration, and innovation. Assess your current maturity level, implement targeted initiatives, and foster continuous learning to unlock the full potential of AI in your organization.
