Software Quality
David J. Asher
Chapter Chapter 9 in Mastering the Complex World of Software Management, 2024, pp 169-182 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract There is plenty of great source material to understand software testing per se, but from a Software Manager’s perspective it’s helpful to think about the quality of human–computer interactions and the meaning of bugs through real experiences. In this chapter, we’ll take a very expansive view of quality, especially relating to the kinds of fuzzy problems that are more recently being tackled with Artificial Intelligence.
