Create Gratitude (Part 2): How To Say Thank You

Kevin Frank

Chapter Chapter 9 in Raising Creative Teams, 2025, pp 157-161 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Over the course of this book, I may have mentioned the importance of saying thank you (and meaning it) in one-to-ones, the hiring process, giving and getting creative feedback, culture building, and at pretty much every other conceivable opportunity. But it turns out that some ways of saying thank you are more effective than others.
