Chapter Chapter 10 in Effective Remote Teams, 2025, pp 183-199 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract No team remains the same forever. There are many reasons a team grows and shrinks. When your company experiences periods of success, you’ll need more people to help with the increased workload. When there are hardships, letting people go might be necessary to keep the company afloat. Sometimes, people leave regardless of company finances. All of this is part of running a business.
