Chapter Chapter 2 in Mastering Salesforce Quality, 2026, pp 17-37 from Springer
Abstract:
AbstractBuilding a Salesforce quality plan is not about a single activity or phase—it is about defining how quality will be designed, validated, and sustained across the entire delivery life cycle. Every organization operates with different levels of complexity, risk tolerance, regulatory exposure, and delivery velocity. A quality plan must account for these realities and provide a structured approach to testing strategy, environments, data, automation, and governance. Here’s the seemingly simplest question that I hear all the time from teams who start becoming serious about their Salesforce quality practice: “How can we even get started?” The answer isn’t some kind of tool or framework. It’s strategy.
