A chapter in Women at Work in Italy (1750–1950), 2024, pp 51-70 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Studying female entrepreneurship requires a multi-disciplinary approach that, starting from studies of business and work history, considers the transformation of markets, technologies, products and job markets. The investigative approach towards entrepreneurial and productive realities promoted and managed by women started recently, and it is still too timid and sporadic.
