Abstract: Abstract As an integrated and comprehensive management concept, business models may help a company to optimize the elements relevant for fulfilling service commitments in many areas. This management tool may be used in all corporate activities which help achieving a sustainable competitive advantage. In the context of business model management, an ideal-type, five-step process can be observed to reveal all relevant aspects.
