Abstract: Abstract The Wolfsburg-based Volkswagen Group is Europe’s largest automobile manufacturer and one of the leading carmakers worldwide (Volkswagen AG 2019b). Today, the corporation’s portfolio consists of 12 brands: Audi, Seat, Skoda, Bentley, Bugatti, Lamborghini, Porsche, Ducati, Volkswagen Nutzfahrzeuge, Scania, MAN, and various service companies, particularly in the sectors financial and insurance service sectors. Nowadays, the Volkswagen Group offers its vehicles in more than 153 countries (Volkswagen AG 2019d).
