Abstract: Abstract The FOX Corporation is a spin-off of the 21st Century Fox formerly known as News Corporation (News Corp.) and still one of the world’s largest media conglomerates. The internationally active company employs approximately 55,000 people and is listed on the New York, London, and Australian stock exchanges (see in the following (Wirtz 2013d)). Rupert Murdoch, the founder, chairman, and chief executive officer of FOX Corporation, started his career in the newspaper industry. He created a business empire worth billions by expanding business fields and applying a targeted internationalization strategy.
