Abstract: Abstract The purpose of this chapter is to discuss the individual and contextual aspects of the holistic academic and educational entrepreneurship framework (academic and edu e-ship framework), which has already been introduced by the editors in the introduction chapter. Specifically, this chapter elaborates on how individual and contextual aspects, such as personality traits, age, education, skills, e.g., impact the success of academic and educational entrepreneurs.
