Chapter Chapter 4 in Dynamic Stochastic General Equilibrium Models, 2024, pp 177-227 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract This chapter dives into the details of constructing and simulating an RBC model. We use Campbell (Journal of Monetary Economics 33(3), 463–506, 1994)’s model with constant labor to show analytically how to solve a DSGE model. We also show how to obtain the time series representation of variables and IRFs carefully.
