Abstract: Abstract The Chapter “Brusov–Filatova–Orekhova theory” is devoted to modern theory of the company’s capital structure (BFO theory), created by the authors of this textbook. BFO theory has generalized the perpetual Modigliani–Miller theory for the case of arbitrary age companies and now is the main capital structure theory in the world.
