Chapter 15 in Realizing Organizational Effectiveness, 2024, pp 53-54 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Achieving the full potential of any organization, as well as that of the employees who contribute their unique talents to that noble pursuit, can only be realized through the astute, visionary leadership of those who have been afforded the opportunity to lead an organization forward towards the desired future state articulated in both its mission and vision. That in no way suggests that management is not important; management, however, without accompanying leadership will significantly frustrate an organization’s trajectory towards future success.
