Chapter 19 in Realizing Organizational Effectiveness, 2024, pp 65-67 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract As important as fully and correctly understanding the expectations of stakeholder groups and individual stakeholders is, properly addressing these expectations is how outcomes are judged. While typically the expectations of both employees and customers will be realistic and reasonable and appropriate organizational actions can be taken to address these expectations, there will be some instances where one or more individuals may have or articulate expectations that are neither reasonable nor appropriate for an organization to affirmatively address.
