Abstract:
Abstract Although it would seem that recruiting employees is the essential first step in ensuring that an organization has the requisite personnel to effectively and efficiently operate an organization while pursuing its mission and goals, there are actually several related activities that must be skillfully enacted as prerequisites to the actual recruitment of employees. These activities include making necessary job design decisions, as well as those related to associated compensation and benefits.
