Chapter 32 in Realizing Organizational Effectiveness, 2024, pp 109-110 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract By now it should be apparent that an employee’s work environment plays a significant role in not only that individual’s motivation and empowerment but also their job satisfaction, job performance, and their desire to continue their employment with an organization. The work environment that exists in any organization is a reflection on the commitment that its leaders and managers—regardless of organizational level—have to value and treat all employees under their supervision in a professional, fair, and equitable manner.
