Chapter 33 in Realizing Organizational Effectiveness, 2024, pp 111-113 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Earlier we examined the crucial role that employees play in the both the present and future success of an organization, as well as the integral role of communication in the successful enactment of each of the four management functions. Together, these two realities must be understood and embraced by the leaders of contemporary organizations, given the roles that individually and together they play in preparing and positioning an organization for success in meeting and ideally exceeding the expectations of its employees and customers and in turn achieving its stated mission and goals.
