Chapter 50 in Realizing Organizational Effectiveness, 2024, pp 165-167 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract The work of any contemporary organization is performed by individual employees, often working in groups or teams, on behalf of their organization. Employees are therefore considered one of the three most important stakeholder groups of contemporary organizations. An organization’s employees constitute an organization’s most important resource and play a mission-critical role in enabling an organization to effectively and efficiently deliver products and/or services that meet and ideally exceed the expectations of an organization’s customers.
