Chapter 6 in Realizing Organizational Effectiveness, 2024, pp 23-25 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Management and leadership are common terms within the contemporary world of business, as are the counterpart terms of managers and leaders. Both management and leadership are necessary to propel the organization toward what it proposes and strives to achieve in its current mission and goals. Managers and leaders are accountable for current operations while making incremental progress towards the desired future state delineated in the organization’s vision.
