Chapter 7 in Realizing Organizational Effectiveness, 2024, pp 27-28 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract The daily work and resulting success of any organization requires that its leaders assemble the necessary resources, both tangible and intangible, to position their organization to achieve success in the highly competitive environment in which it exists and operates. While this requirement may seem obvious for organizations that have been established in the interest of making a profit, thus affording an organization to prosper and grow while meeting the financial objectives, it is also true for nonprofit and public service organizations.
