Abstract:
Abstract During recent years, it can be observed that the proportion of group projects in work increased for most employees. On average, employees spend approximately 35 percent of theirworking time on projects, which is an increase of about 60 percent [1]. There are different reasons for realising projects, such as innovations, improvements or customization and personalization [2].
