Chapter 34 in Multichannel Marketing, 2024, pp 725-741 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Chapter 34 deals with the cost and profitability analysis. First, the ROI key figure system is explained. Sales intermediary and customer equity are then examined in more detail. In addition to key profitability, sales segment accounting is also taken into account. The chapter concludes with process cost accounting.
