Abstract:
Abstract The public goods argument is yet another instance of the market failure doctrine. The present authors are not at all strong supporters of this attempt to undermine the free enterprise system, so, as is our wont, we will first explain this theory in the most sympathetic manner possible, and then offer our objections to it.
