Abstract:
Abstract An electoral district is a geographically-defined area from which voting members of the national legislature are elected, usually by the resident voters of that electoral district. Virtually every nation uses electoral districts as part of its election system. Chapter 7 discusses those few nations that elect all members of the national legislature nationwide.
