A chapter in Service Challenges, Business Opportunities, and Regulatory Responses in the Postal Sector, 2024, pp 269-282 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract In many postal markets, the number of parcel lockers have increased steeply. This chapter aims to give an insight on whether usage has followed this trend with a focus on consumer preferences and needs. Next, the sustainability and cost efficiency are discussed. Finally, we deal with certain regulatory implications of the market evolution.
