Abstract: Abstract The current postal sector landscape is an excellent laboratory for examining the effects of a profound market disruption. A critical question is whether the postal services market has reached a tipping point, is it nearing an equilibrium, or is the ride just starting to get bumpy? Evidence clearly suggests the latter.
