Abstract: The implementation of Student-Centered Education model between teacher-student, on one hand, and between teacher-student-employee, on the other hand, is the first step in overcoming the parties' intellectual limits. SCE is a first step in changing the mentality of teachers, students, entrepreneurs (employees). Or, the collaboration between the academic and entrepreneurship field , is what mediates the development of knowledge, skills, results and efficiency. Therefore, the right partnership between the student who voluntarily assumes the responsibility for learning, research and development and the employer that encourages intellectual potential of human resources, will be present and based only on an active dialogue, flexibility etc. In this regard, higher educational institutions and entrepreneurs in Moldova should be actively involved in the educationresearch- innovation processes, to establish the Europe knowledge, first at home, if their goal is a rising economy, an European society, thus contributing to the prosperity of this society.
