Reducing Non-Tariff Barriers To Trade Between Republic Of Moldova And European Union

Abstract: The paper describes the importance of non-tariff barriers in the field of trade that refer to direct or indirect discriminatory measures against foreign goods and / or producers or policies that restrict trade and their influence on the trade of the Republic of Moldova with the European Union.According to the recommendations of the European Commission, the Republic of Moldova intends to continue the reforms in order to optimize and improve the tax and control system, in line with the provisions of the World Trade Organization and the European Union.
