Electronic Commercial Transactions: Fiscal and Accounting Implications

Abstract: This article describes the components of e-commerce. The authors present the relationships that are formed between the parties of the e-commerce. In this paper are described the peculiarities of the regulation of electronic transactions in the Republic of Moldova.
