Abstract:
Two professional groups did the self-evaluation of their knowledge concerning i.a. finance, managing, quality and marketing, supervision and infrastructure, labour law. The participants of the research also specified the fields in need of development. Results of the research will help to create training program, which will be the base for organizational changes in the hospitals. The purpose is also to identify the barriers of changes implementation.
