Abstract: Knowledge management is becoming de facto one of the required business strategies to support innovation and competitive advantage. Several knowledge management activities would be more engaging for people if they would use principles of gamification. This paper analyzes frequencies of gamification terms in knowledge management articles and tries to answer the question if only organizational learning would be improved by integrating gamification or there are other knowledge management areas that would benefit by it.
