Abstract:
The information and communication revolution has affected on many aspects of today's world. One of them is the type and nature of work. Traditional ways of living and working has been transformed and the labor market is constantly changing. In the near future, remote work will become more and more popular form of employment. This paper explores how remote work is perceived by young employees. It shows their advantages and disadvantages and provides a review of the nature of remote work. Finally, the article presents findings from the literature on selected aspects of remote work, which can be used in deeper research.
