Abstract:
Form the employer point of view interpersonal and organizational skills play very significant role. Therefore it is crucial to shape them by young people in order to improve their competitiveness on the labor market. Author of this article is presenting a review of literature of such topics as interpersonal and organizational skills and influence of the activities in student scientific associations or students’ council on soft skills of students of the Faculty of Economics. Subjects of the research are students who have started their bachelor degree and now they are on the last year or alumnus. Results of the survey will be a useful database for people who are going to apply to university, managers, employers or student themselves.
