Abstract:
The labor market is a mix of people from different generations. At work, their characters, values and expectations meet. This article gives a brief overview of the generations existing in the labor market in terms of their engagement and job expectations. The purpose of the study was to determine the differences between generations X and Y in the tendency to sacrifice work, which allowed to determine their functioning in the organization.
