Abstract:
Patient centred care and health providers gool both are meeting shared decision making. This is not like a transcaction, this approach the most sense to each patient and his or her life. The primary goal is simply to ensure that patients recive good care for this patient, not just for people like this patient. Soft skills in health care team are truly relevant to team performance and health care outcomes.
