Abstract: The process of determining the value of a company is characterized by its time and workload, which is also related to the choice of the appropriate method. The aim of the paper is to analyse the process of determining the value of a company. Secondary research has analysed the steps in which the process of determining the value of the company is going on. By analysing it, we have pointed out that it is a process that requires, in addition to a great deal of time and work that the valued company fully cooperates with it.
