Abstract:
The dynamic development of information and communication technologies is transforming the educational landscape. The present study focuses on analyzing frameworks for digital inclusion and ensuring digital accessibility in education, including the use of artificial intelligence. In the context of providing equal access to learning content and educational services, digital inclusion has emerged as a key challenge for higher education. Therefore, this monograph aims to develop a conceptual model and a prototype of an AI-based mobile learning system designed to support digital inclusion and personalized learning for students with disabilities. To achieve this aim, several core objectives are formulated, including an analysis of the theoretical foundations of e-learning and mobile learning, an examination of the formal framework and standards for digital inclusion, and an exploration of technologies and approaches for developing AI-based mobile applications. The suggested chatbot system was tested with representatives of the target audience. The results indicate that the integration of artificial intelligence into mobile learning has significant potential to enhance both the accessibility and effectiveness of the educational process.
