Abstract:
The Labour Market Monitor 2025 – in its latest annual edition – provides a concise overview of the labour market situation in the 27 EU member countries. Through a comprehensive overview of indicators that shed light on key aspects of labour market dynamics, the report summarises these in five indices: the overall performance of the labour market, participation among different groups, risks of exclusion in the labour market, the distribution of earned income, and redistribution through the welfare state. The EU member countries are presented in comparison using clearly structured graphs, and key factors for good labour market performance are highlighted.
